The Prize

You want an incentive? Whoever posts the most meaningful copmments, gets a free 13x19 print of any photo I make. Go to it!

Today I shot mostly park stuff. Exteriors . People doing things in the front country. This kid was so involved with the plastic Grizzly.
This was at a celebration put on by the superintendent.

O.K., does this "incentive offer" begin now, or does it count all of Barb and Jeanne's comments from the past?

These are great shots of the "front country" stuff. Looking forward to ACTUALLY seeing a photo of Mt. McKinley. Have you seen it yet? Does it actually exist? I thought it was the largest mountain in North America???

  3. I want no part of your stinking beourgeois contest. My art is blog commenting and I shan't be compromised. I really like the picture of Jessie, and need something for my office to prove I have a family. I also like the picture of Jessie clinging to the tree because it shows pure terror, and our mother would've gone insane could she have seen that picture.

  4. That above post was from me. The most active and relevant blogger to date. I throw down the gauntlet Jeanne & Jessie.

  5. Barb, I'm so glad you identified yourself as the "anonymous" author. For a minute, I suspected Debra, particularly when I saw the use of the word beourgeois. You might want to reacquaint yourself with Kent's rules, however. He doesn't want active or relevant. He wants meaningful.

  7. I see how you're going to play this, Barb. I had to dust off my Funk & Wagnall. Fearless & bold...ok. I can see your time at the Resource Desk will serve you well. I might have to sleep on this one.

Now Now Girls. Jeanne and Barb, your venom for each other has blinded you both. Barb, you spelled bourgeois incorrectly, and Jeanne, you did not bust her on that. Why can't we all just "get along?"

  9. Jessie, you are way off base. I feel nothing but love for Barb. Her commentary has provided me with many laughs throughout my day. Plus, I'm not her sister, so I wouldn't bust her for her spelling. That would be your job. Enough.

Back to Kent. I'm anxiously awaiting more exciting photos. I hear there may be some involving a vehicle trapped in sand???? You know I love you too, Kent.

  10. Jeanne, I too feel nothing but love for you-- now my feelings toward Jessie are another thing. Just kidding.
Where in the world is Kent? I'm at a loss without his blog. Trapped in the sand or out partying with Jay, I care not, I just want my daily "Into the Wild."
